Refund policy
Once you have received your parcel we ask that you check the content to confirm that you have received the correct parts/sizes etc. Discrepancies need to be reported within 7 days after which we will no longer be liable.
Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are welcome. We should be notified and your return needs to reach us within 7 days of delivery of your original order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition (loose and not fastened) that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Returning the items will be at the clients cost and you would need to arrange your own courier service.
A 15% handling fee will apply to any items over the value of R1500 that gets returned for a refund. This covers any transaction related fees. Should you however opt to take in store credit instead, there will be no handling fee charged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected a refund or in store credit will be processed. All refunds will be processed into the original payment method used to order. Should we require banking details, our Finance department will contact you. Please allow up to 7 working days for this process to be completed after we receive your return.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or items purchased using discount codes cannot be returned.
Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be cancelled/refunded after purchase but exchanges and refunds (to gift card) can be done for any purchases made with said card.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at info@pipedecor.co.za
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
